There are 3 types of housing units which all of them evolved in light of position, relation in-with the site, user profile, and function.
On the left, there is duplex typology which evolved for the purpose of getting more of the view in the housing. Also that typologies require less concern about privacy because of big windows.
On the left, up corner, there is a 1+1 typology. Since the site and perimeter of the site are close to the university and under the constant effect of college students, this typology evolved for more compact yet simple housing.
On the left below, there is more of a classical approach of mine for "Thessaloniki housing type". Its user profile is more of families in Thessaloniki. and its facade of it is evolved for protecting privacy.
